Inside Sales Executive at Intrious Technology is responsible for selling computer hardware and software, as well as various IT services in a professional way. Inside Sales Executive is also accountable to route qualified opportunities to outdoor sales executives for further development and closure.

A successful Inside Sales Executive must have basic knowledge of fundamental IT principles and is able to answer basic technical questions to close sales. The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and be attentive to details.

The goal is to utilize technical and product knowledge to advise and guide customers in purchases and to support them in after-sales care while meeting sales targets.

Overall Purpose of the Role

  • Remote client service via phone, instant messaging, or email.
  • Provide exceptional solutions and product recommendations.
  • Generate qualified lead, create appropriate quotation, and process sales order.

Job Scope

  • Prepare sales quotation, negotiating delivery dates and service obligations.
  • Processing customers’ purchase orders and liaising with the other departments to meet timely delivery of ordered product or service.
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through email, phone, instant messaging or requested by Outdoor Sales Executive.
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Actively sourcing sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Work independently as well as manage projects as a team.
  • Properly handle new, renewable, and lapsed software subscriptions.

Job Requirements

      • Good understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems.
      • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to end-users.
